Life is Just a .....

Well. What did you expect. These cherries cost me almost $6. Stella saw them and had to have them. I even tried to bribe her with a free cookie from the bakery. She has ALWAYS wanted to try cherries. Now she has.

    Cherries are forbidden fruit around here. They stain too easily. You are such a nice Mommy!

    ATT- She did like them. She did however deem them unsuitable to top a sundae. I even ate some. I am allergic to stone fruit, but was on allergy meds so I took a shot. I did get an itchy palate,ears and neck, but it was worth it. Damn if I wasn't going to eat some of those $6 cherries.

    They are so fun, if you can eat them outdoors and spit the pits! (Inside they are too much work for me.)

    What IS it with you allergic people eating what you shouldn't? How many times have I heard, "But...I've been taking shots. I thought I could tolerate it." (Deep breath.)

    Sorry, the nurse comes out in me sometimes. And I understand. They WERE six dollar cherries, after all.
